“At the moment, we can’t even ask someone why they are carrying an AR-15 into our City Council meeting and that, to us, seems absurd,” Davis said.
The third part of the proposal would expand the school threat ordinance to threats against any place in the city. If someone makes a threat on social media, Albuquerque police can act independently without having to involve the FBI first.
